VIP onboarding

VIP setup is a personalized onboarding experience performed by one of our team members. Paid upfront, the full amount is applied as account credit toward your per-inspection fees, so it goes right back into your usage.

It includes:

  • Configuring your pricing schedules, contacts, agreements, and email templates
  • Online meetings to review your current workflow, provide training, and fine-tune the system to your firm’s specific needs

This fee may be waived at our discretion. Future releases may include automated data migration from your current scheduler, at which time we’ll offer a lower-cost (or free) onboarding option.

AI call center agent

$5 / month

Plus $1 per minute for usage, billed separately from your inspection fees. Add a natural-sounding assistant customized for your business and grounded in your real services and schedule.
